The greatest invention ever!
I’m not sure about every else, but I think the greatest invention ever was the swing. While little JJ is pretty much a calm baby, he does occasionally have those fussy moments where nothing seems to quiet him down. It’s those times when I turn to the swing. My little guy can be red-faced screaming and will be calmed down, and sometimes asleep, within 3-4 minutes tops of being put in the swing. I think he’s on to me though because whenever I turn the swing to a slower mode or off, he wakes up immediately. What a smart little guy.

Well adding my two cents into this relationship I am rather fond of the car seat in the middle of the night when those occasions arise when the swing isn’t close enough to the bed. Whoever made car seats rock able is a genius.
