I May Be Small, But I’m the Boss!

This saying was on a bib that my mom and grandma got JJ from Las Vegas. But isn’t it the truth? Little babies require so much attention for so many things that our lives revolve around them. They scream and cry and we cater to their every need. We often don’t know what’s wrong, but we figure it out because they don’t stop crying until we do. They want to be fed when and where they want to and if we don’t listen to them, they scream and cry until we do. They don’t want to go to bed. We can’t make them. Well, we can make them go to bed, but we can’t make them sleep anyways. Sure, we eventually get what we want (a content, quiet baby) but only have they get what they want. Bosses at our jobs make us do things just like the little bosses we have at home make us do things. They always get their way. But, we love them for it. Our lives wouldn’t be the same without them.
