I’m going to be a Mommy!

It is June 11, 2008 and I am 32 weeks pregnant as of today. I am very anxious for our baby to make his arrival. Bryan and I took a birth center tour and it made me realize that he’s going to be here quicker than I think! We have begun a birth prep class and we have learned a lot. Very helpful with knowing what my body will be doing and exercises to help me have this little guy in the best way possible.

My due date is August 6 but I have a feeling he will be here early, just a feeling. Maybe he will make a sweet birthday present for my mom, her birthday being on July 30.

The symptoms, I guess that’s what one could call them, are beginnig to get stronger and stronger everyday. My tailbone hurts, I have unbelievable heartburn in the middle of the night, pelvic pressure is quite uncomfortable at times, and I get tired and winded easily. I am keeping up with walking 4 times a week and as for eating, sweets have got the best of me…. Overall I feel good though. Life is good and I can’t wait for this cutie pie to be here! I’m gonna be a mommy! I am a mommy!

Congratulations! Being a mommy is great. I never thought I would love it as much as I do and my little guy is only 8 weeks old. By the way, love the picture of your hubby at 32 weeks. That’s great! As for the heartburn, never got it in my life except for during pregnancy and it left almost as soon as it came. Good luck!

Oh my gosh those last few weeks are so uncomfortable. Trust me though the minute you lay eyes on your little guy you will forget all the pain. I can’t remeber how many times during my first pregnancy thinking, why would anyone get pregnant more than once. As soon as my first son was born i realized why women do this more than once. I am no exception and now have 3 beautiful children.
